1. Purchase Funnel & Affiliate Relationship

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, titancut.org and its parent operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or products purchased. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
